ARMAND GYour advertised rates are not the same as your company’s disguised fine print rates. I went to rent a cargo van thinking it’s $19.99 per day plus $.49 per miles. It turned out that it was $89 a day plus $.49 per mile - they said this was because I was planning on driving over 100 miles. Unfortunately because of the timing, I had no choice, but to go forward with the higher rates. Needles to say, I was very disappointed. Armand Gazarian

PAUL PI was charged for a second day and insurance. The gentleman there told me I was an hour late bringing the truck back. All he told me when I picked up the truck up was that they didn't open until 10'oclock on Sunday. Not a word about if your not here àt 10 you will be charged for a second day. NOT MY FIRST UHAUL RENTAL....YOU MAY LOOSE A CUSTOMER.
