WAYNE GOnly complaint is the inability to guarantee that a trailer will be available. I understand that equipment is transient, but I was told that even with my reserved trailer type arriving on lot there was no guarantee that they would be able to ensure it was there a day later. All worked out alright but proved to be a source of stress during moving.
