They were very nice ,helpful and thorough. I would definitely go back to that location if we ever need to get another uhaul truck.

Richard KOwner of location added insurance coverage for $16. I explicitly stated i did not want insurance coverage. Owner refused to refund/reimburse the amount for a service i did not request. WIll use Budget rentals from now on.
