Last time I used uhaul was over three years ago, at that time my experience was horrible, the truck broke down on me and I almost missed my closing ended up having to leave the truck with all my stuff in it on the side of the road, and that wasn’t the worst of it. The equipment got returned to wrong location so the other location that didnt get their equipment back pulled like 2000 out of my back account, so now 3 years late a very convenient location opened close to my house and I decided to give them another try, the customer service tells me they don’t have anything available and I would have to drive 25 minutes to get a truck then I call back two days later and now they do have one available at the closer location, so I reserve it. Everyone was all set over the phone just gotta show up and get the truck. But no. I get there in a hurry because I have a full day of moving ahead of me to find out I’m on an e alert so now I have to call customer service again even after I’ve spoke with them multiple times during the week to book this truck. Next time I’ll just use Home Depot.

The gentleman who am I assume was the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything went very smoothly, which is unusual when you’re renting a truck lol I would highly recommend this location!

Owner of location added insurance coverage for $16. I explicitly stated i did not want insurance coverage. Owner refused to refund/reimburse the amount for a service i did not request. WIll use Budget rentals from now on.
