I rented 2 trucks on different days to move to a different city. Both times, my requested pickup place was changed to an hour drive away from my place. While U-haul gave me more milage I did loose one hour driving back, not counting extra gas. I also rented storage. The one month free is appreciated. Still, the instructions were really bad. I was told via email to use my phone number as access code. Not clear if the code was for the gate or my locker... and there was paper stating the same but the phone vode did NOT work. Another customer let me in. My locker is C36 according to the app dashboard but THERE ARE NO C36. All the building have NUMBERS not LETTERS. We had to deduce from the map. With all this stress, I put too much gas in the truck. I meant to put $50 but put $100 instead (it was a long day)... I took the truck at 1/2 full and returned it it at 5/8. Will U-haul credit me the extra? Overall it wasn't too bad. The trucks and lockers are recent and clean.

MATHIEU CAucun accessoire sur place. Je n'ai jamais eu le diable de transport d'électroménagers. J'ai dû en louer un ailleurs.
