This is by far the second worst U-Haul experience and customer service isn't any help your last person black listed me because you overcharged me for the second time and tried blaming me.

Michel LWorker was 15 minutes late, truck was missing dolly that i have ordered so I had to drive to another Uhaul location and pick up my dolly. Wasted 30 minutes of my reserved time. Worker at other location was very nice and cooperative.
KIMBERLY GI had reserved a dolly and blankets and was told upon arrival that it is never an option since it’s only a pickup/dropoff. Why would the website offer that if it is not possible??
Mélanie FWhen i took the reservation I ask for carpet to put on stock and didn't receive them but got charge anyway.
