Wrong truck size costing me extra dollars on gas, especially at almost $2.00/L. Broken handle on passenger side. Muffler defective and very noisy. Was promised $50.00 discount, never happened. Called to talked to someone about this and got transfered 8 times.... hanged-up !!!! Will never again deal with U-Haul.

Micheline DReservation for 15” cube vehicule, with a ramp. Nothing available Saturday morning. I received a 10” cube, without ramp. Reserved 12 blankets, nothing was available at that location. I had to drive to the opposite side to find 8 blankets…. Major lack of coordination between the rental location and the web application. Very desapointed. Also, in Quebec, can we be served in french?
