J’ai payé pour des couvertures de demenagement, on ne les avait pas dans le camion. Non seulement le camion etait pas où on l’avais reservé (il etalt à plus d’une heure de l’endroit de départ, donc 2h de route imprevu dans notre journée de déménagement, mais il était disponible seulement 5h30 plus tard que l’heure prévu. Avoir eu un ou l’autre j’aurais pu comprendre mais le deux le lieu ET l’heure. Encore 1h voire 2h de retard mais 5h30 … ça été horriblement stressant.

Nathalie BI am extremely disappointed with the service I received from U-Haul and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. My reservation was originally scheduled for pickup in Drummondville. The day before my rental, I called the location myself to confirm everything, only to be told that they did not have a truck for me. They gave me U-Haul's customer service number, and that's when I found out my truck had been reassigned to Cookshire-Eaton, a considerable distance from the original pickup location. The customer service representative assured me that the 12 moving blankets and the refrigerator dolly would be available at the new location. As compensation for this last-minute inconvenience, I was also told that my rental would include unlimited mileage. When I arrived in Cookshire-Eaton, the moving blankets were there, but the refrigerator dolly was not. As a result, I had to make an additional trip to Sherbrooke just to pick one up, wasting valuable time on moving day. When I returned the truck in Granby, I encountered yet another issue. The truck had been provided with a quarter tank of fuel, and I was instructed to return it with the same amount. I mistakenly overestimated the amount of fuel I needed and returned the truck with approximately half a tank more than required, representing roughly **$125 worth of fuel**. I received absolutely no compensation for this surplus. To make matters worse, despite having been explicitly told by customer service that I had unlimited mileage because of the change in pickup location, the return location still attempted to charge me for excess mileage. I do want to point out that the staff at the Cookshire-Eaton location were excellent. They were courteous, professional, and did everything they could with the information they had. They are not responsible for the issues I experienced. My dissatisfaction is with U-Haul's overall management and customer service. The lack of communication between departments, conflicting information, unfulfilled promises, and failure to resolve problems turned what should have been a simple truck rental into a frustrating experience. For these reasons, I cannot recommend U-Haul. The company needs to significantly improve communication and coordination between its customer service department and its rental locations if it wants to provide a reliable customer experience.
Jean-Francois AJ'ai réservé deux semaines avant pour le récupérer a 8h30, malheureusement la veille de chaque réservation, je reçois des messages pour me dire que le camion est disponible que 14h30. Sinon ça c'est bien passé. Un grand merci a vous
