there was no customer service there at all my truck my truck had to be back by 2pm. got there 1:30pm place was closed.

Darlene T.Some confusion upon drop off about an app. I didn't know there was an app, nor did I care to use the app. I would have liked to just drop the vehicle off and go in a timely manner. Drop off person did agree with this but there was slight friction as I believe he wanted me to use the app. Thanks
