Your app for picking up is confusing. I thought I had done all the pre-check when I made the reservation.
Timothy WCharged me extra even though I returned during posted business hours and they are listed as a 24 hour site. They are predators.

Christopher HThis rental location is Excellent, however, the online Check-In process is HORRIBLE. I spent over 20 minutes sitting in my car trying to check in, so that I could get the truck key. Thank god the office was open so I could ask the guy to help me. If he wasn't there, I would not have been able to get the key. I will never rent from this location again, only because of the terrible Uhaul website.
