Sarah and Jeff were wonderful to work with and I appreciate all the effort to help me. However the U-Haul App was horrible to navigate in addition the customer service on the phone was again horrible to deal with. I have been trying to reach U-Haul and I keep getting directed to the website which again is very hard to navigate. Once again I want to commend Jeff's attic for all their attempts to help me thank you
