The app wasn’t working for pick up. It never triggered the phone calls needed to confirm my identity. The chat feature in the app yielded no response. Fortunately, the location was open, and the man at the desk was WONDERFUL! He was so helpful, cheerful, and friendly and really saved the day for us. We finished before they closed, and he also checked the truck and completed the return so that we wouldn’t have to attempt the app again.
