After being shifted from location to location to location and 1-1/2 hours later, I was finally able to get my truck. Upon returning it, they had the same issues with the "check out" process as the "check in" process. Took 30-45 minutes to get checked out. Was the worst UHaul experience I've ever had and I've used UHaul on many occasions over the years.

The return location that I was given was closed when I was due to return the equipment. Because of this I was forced to pay a late fee, and pay for extra miles that I would not have used if the location were open. I expected more attention to detail from the largest equipment rental company in the United States. I wonder how many customers are treated this way. I will not likely use U-Haul again.

I am getting charged a ridiculous amount for fuel when I returned it exactly where it was when I rented it.

The store didn't explain the fuel fill up charges and the 30 dollar fee just the cost of the gas. So got a nasty surprise when we got the bill

There's nothing you can do to improve. The whole team of Uhaul associates were more than helpful. They were very curteous and all went above and beyond. I am more than impressed with this locations Uhaul associates and the supervisor and assistant supervisor. I will make sure to recommend this location to ALL my family and friends and I hope each one of these employees at this location are recognized by their impressive display of customer service

I made my reservation almost a week in advance and still went through several changes in pick-up location which caused me extra driving and shouldn't have. When a pick-up location is confirmed it should not be changed.

Outside staff was great inside staff counter people need training manager mark very unprofessional can't believe a company of that magnitude would put an unprofessional person like Mark in a manager's position he really needs Management training a very unskilled

I saw from the highway that this location had a pick- up truck. Even though I didnt make reservations in advance, I was in and out without any hassle with the pick- up. All associates were attentive to all customers. Great experience for me... thanks to Claudia and Mark (GM).

I am very disappointed with UHAUL at this point. My account has been mixed up with another person’s account. I rented a storage space on 9-13-2018 and was called on Saturday the 15th saying that you were putting a lock on my storage for non-payment. My comment was that I had a month free and that I only had the storage for two days and was told that my account was mixed up with someone else’s account that had the same name, but different address, phone number and email address. I was out of town on business and tried to resolve the issue over the phone and was told that they couldn’t handle it over the phone I needed to come in. I had to leave a work even in Austin to drive back to handle something that I felt could have been resolved over the phone. Once again there’s another issue, my name and information in the system still has not been corrected and to add insult to injury I rented a truck and another storage #3137 on 10/1/2018 and got 24hr access only to return to the storage unit and denied access. I called the UHAUL customer service and held from 9:15 until 10:00 PM and no one answered. Very disappointing and I will not recommend anyone to this facility.

The only negative was I was charged double rental and insurance when I returned it. They added an extra day rental when I only had the truck for 12 hours

They charge me for pad use on my bill and didn't tell me anything about the charges. I found out after they email the bill. I'm going back up there and discuss this with them

I found it funny that I had a reseration for 8:30 and I got there a little before 9 and they said I was late and had given my trailer to someone else. Luckily, there was one just checked in and I was able to get it.

When booking online it showed the price $19.95. I selected, then it asked for a mileage estimate. I put in 110. I said first 100 miles free; cost is $2.90 per mile for the additional 10 miles. I get to the location on the pick day and the said the charge is $100+. Wait what? Yeah, there is no free mileage. It gave you a package deal that would be a better cost than paying for that many miles. While that may be true, this is a deceptive business practice because while reserving online it never mentioned or noted a higher cost. Then the day you need the vehicle it is suddenly more. It would have been cheaper overall for me to rent a van from Budget. Would not recommend a company that is deceptive in their pricing.
