I didn't rent from this location, after my rental was confirmed to pick up the truck at a location closer to where I was moving items to/from, then I received a notification that my pick up would be an additional almost 6 miles each way further than it would have been. It showed availability at reservation time from the location I selected. Then we had to wait additional time to leave because the employees could open the lock on the back of the truck. Overall, not a good experience unfortunately.

I went a week before my rental to ensure it was locked in. I explained to the agent I didn't have an exact time but it would be norning for a 24 hour period. She booked me for 7am and told me I had a 2 hour window. I arrived at 8:50, to find my reservation had been cancelled. While standing there trying to figure out a plan and waiting on a "response from dispatch" I watched as a Customer service person rebooked several reservations. 1 because the guy came, didn't want the truck, could find another one so he came back and the other because they were sent there by another locations. I waited for over an hour for them to finally find me a truck. Then when I came to return the truck, I was told to check it in online while the people that check in trucks joked and played. I had and issue getting it checked in, only to be told to go back outside by a large woman who didn't want to get off her stool. When radioed to tell them she was sending me back outside, only to be told by the manager that since she didn't have any customers she could get me checked in. She grumbled about it the entire time, "because they should have helped me outside". It was the worst experience ever and made me realize why I always rent with Penske. Don't think I'll try Uhaul again.

Cause the van I needed was not available in any of the Uhaul near me I was told after I didn't on line rental I had to pay more on mileage I had to drive 30 mins out of my way to get it an another to return and I asked if I can get some type of discount or someth2 cause of the extra distance I was told no. That is not good customer care. I think I might just invest in my own van instead of using your service again.

I was charged additional $100. One charge they said was for fuel which I took the truck back with the same amount I was given the truck. I called and the rep said I will get a credit for the fuel which is $60. Ok awesome Now I have another charge to my account for who knows what. Def will not use this location again they didn’t even k ow what trucks where going to what person. Pure chaos.

It was CRAZY when I arrived. Didn't get the vehicle I made reservations for while several were there, had to get a smaller one. Manager didn't seem to care when I addressed the issue with him. Nobody freakin cared, PERIOD! Truck was in horrible condition and glad I only had to go a small distance. Steering wheel had so much play in it, I would have been terrified to put the thing on the highway and I'm a seasoned driver!!! The freakin passenger & passenger side rear view mirrors DO NOT adjust properly AT ALL. I tried to help another lady adjust hers and she did the same for me, but they would NOT adjust. That's a freakin safety hazard right there, there's NO adjusting, only too far or too close which does not show what's on the other side of the truck. I'm so, so disappoint, but the safely in the vehicles are the most important which was not a concern if they're letting trucks go out in condition mine was. The thing that gets me is that you can take our $money$, but service is poop!!! NOT FAIR!

do not like the way they handled reting. i used to go in and rent easy, this time they wanted me to login on my phone and make reservation and then check in myself go outside take pictures and complete everything myself, definitely not going back to uhaul if this is the only way to do it. if i have to do everythig myself then what r the employees there for?. will go to other rental places next time not uhaul. what if u dont have a phone then how do you rent? stupid idea or maybe lazy employees didnt wanna do it for me

I guess you could say customer service is nonexistent as everything is pretty much computerized now you go and locate your truck go through several questions retrieve your key and off you go guess that's good for people that come in late what's the world coming to eliminating job after job, just happened at the truck I got smelled severely of animal poop or urine one or the other thank goodness I didn't have to keep it very long

I did not like them telling me while I'm standing in line to get on my phone and check in. this should have been told to me when I made the reservations to sign in and complete registration before going to pick up at store. My phone was dying and I needed what battery I had left for GPS to make it to where I was going but the lady was kind of short about me not wanting to sign in on my phone. The lady that received the truck upon return was extremely friendly!

Was treated horrible by an employee. Was not informed about 24 hour access. When I came at 8pm to unload my truck, she locked the door without saying a word and walked to the office. I thought my card would access the building. She said it was my fault because I should have read the door. HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE!!
