More help on front desk to speed up getting equipment, had a 1/2 hour wait. The person that hooked up trailer tightened hitch so tightly onto the ball that it caused a bind and trailer would start to sway at 45 mph (that was kind scary!), once I loosened the hitch a notch or two, the trailer tracked fine.

I have rented two trucks in the last few weeks from this location. The staff in this office is poorly trained and the management severely lacking. On Saturday morning there was a line OUT THE FRONT DOOR and ONE person at the desk. I waited 30 minutes to get my truck. People in front of me had been waiting 50 minutes. Seriously? On a Saturday, your busiest day of the week? Ridiculous customer service experience for me. Because of it, I will rent from Enterprise next time.

1 Poor young lady was the only 1 at work on Saturday, had to wait in line for over 45 minutes just to get to the counter. She was great! But i guess 3-4 other employees did not show up for work. She did great others who did not show up EPIC fail.

There were a couple of issues with the truck. The ABS system would turn on or off, apparently at random. The driver side door had to be slammed in order to close properly.

First of all I had to wait in line almost half an hour to be waited on despite doing the pre-checkin to save time. I ordered a trailer, Furniture pads and a dolly. They never put the furniture pads or dolly in the trailer so I called as soon as I noticed and told them on the phone - she said she noted it. Then when I cam back and checked the trailer in I waited to speak directly to Kazya and tell her to take it off the bill which she said she would. It's now a week later and that still hasn't happened. Sick of dealing with it but felt compelled to express my frustration.

This location used to be great to visit. Now every thing from rentals to propane refills is slow, Slow, SLOW. I was there three times this week, and each time I had to hunt down some one to help me, and still had to wait. NEEDS MORE STAFFING.

After a long day of moving we were more than excited to get the trailer unhooked and get settled. Our service was fast and friendly. Location was very easy to find and the associates were ready to help us. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our uhaul trailer and customer service we received. Waited in line for close to 40 minutes. 2-3 people working on a Labor Day weekend. Truck wasn't inspected; had no A/C, fogged up multiple times on the drive to metro Detroit, causing me to pull over on the side of the road at least half a dozen times. Also, the wheel alignment was off.

I was disappointed because I reserved a specific size truck online and then get a call the next day that my size wasn't available and had to downgrade. This made my moving trip turn into 2 trips, if the size o wanted wasn't available then it should not have let me reserve is.

I had setup my reservation online and intended to checkin via my phone but it was apparent that wouldn't work because i needed the truck keep and dollies I had rented. There was no one at the counter when I arrived the was a customer ahead of me who had no idea where the employees were. The person who checked me in when it was my turn had no idea if the dollies I had reserved were actually available. The process for checking in was slow and annoying. I would only use this location again if there was no other xhoice.

It cost me almost $100 to rent the smallest truck for 1 load of furniture. The truck and service was fine but I would’ve hired movers if I had known it’d cost so much. I will probably figure out something else next time I move.

Only reason I say no is that it is located on very busy street and getting in is sometimes a challenge. I'd rather go to a location that the traffic isn't so busy around them.

Think the policy should be adjusted in regards to the 15-minute late fee to account for a long wait period in line. I reserved my truck for a four hour slot, arrived on time to the store but had to wait a half hour before being able to leave with the truck due to a very long line. I lost a half hour of my rental time, yet had I been late bringing the truck back due to lost time I would have had to pay a one days rental fee. That is not fair when it wouldn’t have been my fault for the delay. This policy needs to be revised.
