This was some sort of remote location with no office. I had a difficult time getting the key and nobody answered at the phone number listed. It took me almost an hour to just get access to a truck I rented.

JACK SSelected this location because app said it was open on Sunday. Not true. Unmanned location with chain on entry. I figured out a back way in fortunately. Again, posted location information incorrect. Nobody there. This agent location effort is really poorly supported and confusing to users.
David BWheel seal on steer axle was leaking. Transmission was weak with rough shifts.
Kyle WTook over an hour and a half to return the truck due to the lack of support. Until the last lady helped could we finally get rid of the truck! I lost so much time out of my day due to UHaul and will never use services again. You never even offered a discount or an apology for all the issues. Terrible customer service!!!
