Selected this location because app said it was open on Sunday. Not true. Unmanned location with chain on entry. I figured out a back way in fortunately. Again, posted location information incorrect. Nobody there. This agent location effort is really poorly supported and confusing to users.

Wheel seal on steer axle was leaking. Transmission was weak with rough shifts.
Kyle WTook over an hour and a half to return the truck due to the lack of support. Until the last lady helped could we finally get rid of the truck! I lost so much time out of my day due to UHaul and will never use services again. You never even offered a discount or an apology for all the issues. Terrible customer service!!!
jennifer dI never got a contract from the pick up location, even though I asked for one. She said I would just get a receipt at drop off. The truck was loaned to me, with an empty tank. The lady that gave me the keys said I would get a discounted rate, and to return the truck on empty since that’s how I got it. She never told me to return it with 1/4 tank of gas to get credit back. That was never an option for me. Nor did she go over the contract and things I may be charged for. I dropped off the truck and they tried to charge me $40 for gas, when I was told to bring it back on E. I called the regional office, and the agent was very rude. said I should’ve read my contract, when I never got one. Overall very poor customer service
Dasia AI was charged an extra 32 dollars because the personel at that location submitted my UHaul return for 4:20 pm although I was at the location and had the vehicle parted on the lot before 3:52pm. I call the personnel at the phone number instructed to me by the personel at 3:36pm to inform her that I would be arriving to return the vehicle in about 15 minutes. The person was not reachable at that number and a voice mail was left. At 3:52 I was on the UHaul website taking pictures of the gas level to complete the return process but everytime I would submit a photo the website would not complete the process. At 4:02 I then received a phone call from the personnel at this location asking me if I would be returning the vehicle. I assured her that I was already at the location and had been there since 3:52 and was on the website trying to complete the return. The personnel nevertheless, marked my retuning the vehicle at 4:20pm instead of the actual time I was there or before the 4pm return time, thereby arranging my return time to signify as if I rented the UHaul for an extra day and adding an additional 29 dollar a day rate. Also, the gas level I received the 15ft UHaul truck at was half a tank. I returned the UHaul truck with a gas hand well beyond the half full mark and right at the middle between the 3/4 full and half full mark which would be 5/8. Yet, on my return receipt the gas hand was marked at half full only. Don't know why it was not listed correctly and accurately. I have never left a feedback on UHaul but I also have not been over charged. I called UHaul to inquire of the extra daily rate charge and a refill was submitted for me by them. Thanks.
