Location was fine. The trailer was poor. Dirty, lights didn’t work right, safety chain worn to about 2mm from a previous rental.

James WGive a more accurate timeframe of when to expect deposit to be refunded to card. It's been 2 days and still no refund. Was told it would refund when U-Haul was checked back in. Receipt shows refund, however it's still "pending " on my card.
Kenya HLocation was great. The UHaul app needs some work. Not easy to use on a cell phone (Android).
Timothy HI returned the equipment to a place on Rt. 37 south, just north of 148 on the same day I rented it, on Monday I get a call saying where's the equipment. Poor communication by all the uhaul employees in encountered.
