Clean the trucks, make sure the trucks are running properly, close out Customer logs in a timely fashion, check, dropbox for keys upon arrival at the location, update all information and transactions before contacting the customer pertaining to truck usage with the wrong information.

Rachel WWhen I picked up the truck, it was filthy in the back with oil smeared everywhere in a large blood puddle streak, running across the top of the inside, where you lay the boxes at plus the truck ran really bad. Had to bring that truck back to get another one and when I dropped off the truck where I was done with it I didn’t get none of my deposit back, even though I was only 7 miles over plus I put a whole extra fourth of a tank of gas in the truck so I was very unsatisfied with the service
