LAUREN MWe had a scheduled pick up of 9 am. We got there at 9:05 am and there was no one there. We called and called, there was no answer. We called again about 9:20 and a lady answered the phone. We were like, oh thank goodness you are there. She said I have been here just sitting at the desk. I said, were were there at 9:05 and called and no one was there. She admitted she was late. If you are late, fine, but do not lie about it.
MARK EAwesome staff and location. They need more vehicles and options there was only a few things there. They also need more towing accessories like lights, plugs and all that. I went needed a trailer plug and they didn't have any but a broke 1.
