I was overcharged and mistaken for someone else’s dirty truck cleaning. I was refunded at first. Then three months later, two weeks before fucking Christmas when money is tight I get a cleaning charge taken out of my account. I’ll never use U-Haul again.

Well, the gas tank was completely empty when I got the truck. Then, I get to where I'm ready to begin loading it up, open it up only to find a bunch of crap left by the previous person! It was 110% obvious that not a soul looked at this truck when it was returned. I returned the truck with nearly 1/4 of a tank of gas and I swept it out before returning it!
