Just terrible from start to finish. The app was terrible. The key wasn’t ready. The communication poor. Over charged for gas. Scam and would not recommend to my enemies.

Bruce HLocation staff was great to work with!
CHARLES KI was told to pick up my truck at another nearby location and then told that I could actually go to my requested reservation location. Both were closed when I arrived. The App does not work and it has never worked for me. I returned the truck amd no one was there either. I have never had issues w Uhaul till now and not sure I will again
