Didn’t have the dolly I paid for and we couldn’t figure out how to get me reimbursed. U-Haul company was supposed to call and inform me of missing equipment and didn’t. So I paid for equipment I didn’t use then they tried to bill me for missing equipment. Store is good U-Haul is lacking and was still never reimbursed the 14$ for the missing dolly.

DAVID LThe app experience is absolutely horrible. It took multiple tries both to check out and return. Check out took over 10 mins with multiple times exiting and going back into it. It took almost 20 mins to return with 5 different tries, I took the pics several times, the app is absolutely USELESS!
Bradford CABS light on, front brakes grinding, braking was horrible, returned truck 12 hours early due to safety concerns.
