The only thing I have a complaint about is that when returning the U-Haul the lady said I would be getting money back but was charged money…
Erica RThey did not have the appliance dolly, and I had to drive to another location and do a completely separate rental.
JOSHUA HDidn’t have the dolly I paid for and we couldn’t figure out how to get me reimbursed. U-Haul company was supposed to call and inform me of missing equipment and didn’t. So I paid for equipment I didn’t use then they tried to bill me for missing equipment. Store is good U-Haul is lacking and was still never reimbursed the 14$ for the missing dolly.
