Excellent service from the clerk. Very friendly, professional and efficient. On the other hand, while the truck was clean. It wandered dangerously at speeds over 45mph and on anything but perfectly smooth pavement. There was so much slop in the steering that keeping the truck in its lane was challenging. I hope this safety issue isn''t indicative of all U-haul trucks. Sincerely,
