The clerk, Amanda, was wonderful and easy to work with. We have no issue with the location or service there. Our only issue was that the truck was dirty when we received it and the radio would not stay on.
ANNE Mthe biggest problem I had was not with either location, it was w uhaul in general. This was the 3rd truck I have rented in less than 2 months. I drive exactly where I said I was driving, and the. got charged extra for exceeding the mileage in both of the trucks I rented today. Bogus!
DAVID CAdvertise the truth. When $19.95 a day turns into $115 something doesn't add up. Mileage really?
TERESSA AEasy drop off location. The manager was friendly and professional. Check out was straight forward and handled by the manager. The receipt was emailed to me prior to leaving the drop off location. Plenty of space to park the 5*8 enclosed trailer.
