Dirty truck, no gas, location parked it where I couldn’t pick it up without moving cones and maneuvering a dangerous one way. U-HAUL app was terrible. Didn’t upload photos allowed me To pick up the truck and then when I got back it asked me to verify for pick up again. Didn’t let me return the truck on the app. Had to call customer service which added and extra 30 mins to my drop off and payment. Customer service even stated that there has been problems with the app and they’ve yet to fix it. Seems like a scam. I want my money back.

Ryan MThe only problem was that the wheel strap on the car dolly on the right side holding that passenger tire broke as we got ready to unload and another part of that strap was tearing apart.

JACOB WThe dolly was in poor condition it needs to be inspected and parts gone through cleaned and greased it was so loud squeeking and making awful sounds the entire use. When I went to return the dolly they were closed and no answer to my calls so I went to work and ended up just dropping it at front door because had to get home out of town and they charged me another full day plus after hours 20 dollar fee. They weren't even there to answer a call or return it on time. So 50 dollar rental now they want 150 for doing nothing. Yeah right! I'll never use this place or uhaul again. When I used the uhaul in Akron, co the service was exceptional! No added fees or days or nonsense. They were how customer service should be. Not this hidden agenda to try and rob people. The economy sucks as it is and everything is already expensive. We do not need tricksters to take more money in a grimy way. 1 star rating will never refer anyone to use this company or services.
