The location was changed last minute and the U-Haul itself was filthy disgusting. Sticky and just not acceptable. I’ve never had an issue before but this made the experience extremely unpleasant. Which is the customers fault for likely lieing but the location should’ve checked the until before making it available to us. U-Haul had charged us for equipment we never reserved twice and this last mess makes us not want to use U-Haul again honestly.
