CURTISS SThe location was changed last minute and the U-Haul itself was filthy disgusting. Sticky and just not acceptable. I’ve never had an issue before but this made the experience extremely unpleasant. Which is the customers fault for likely lieing but the location should’ve checked the until before making it available to us. U-Haul had charged us for equipment we never reserved twice and this last mess makes us not want to use U-Haul again honestly.
JULIANA SOne of the mechanics helped me immensely by backing the trailer into its parking spot! It was a tight spot to back into. He made it look super easy! Person in the office was friendly and organized!
