The employee was clueless about trailers to the point of not knowing sizes or what “axles” were. No help in hooking up trailer, basically told “there it is”. I have no issue hooking up a trailer but no offer was even made. The employees idea of a safety check was to take a picture. Never physically touched the hitch to verify anything was tight. I gasp to think how many trailers with inexperienced people have left their facility unsecured. Will not return to this location.
