The owner lied and said didnt refill the gas and said that I got the truck dirty. Neither are true. I was charged an extra $40 for "cleaning fees" and to refill gas. Ill never use uhaul again.

Nothing Everyone was so Polite and Understanding to my needs.
FELICIA SWhen the uhaul rep at the site is off for the day, have a trained person to step in. It took a long time to pick up the truck. I wound up doing an online pick up. The gentleman at the site was very nice but didn't deal with rentals.
