My pick up location changed several times without giving me any notice. The mobile pick up/drop off system did not work properly in the app. I did not get the furniture pads I had paid for. I was also unexpectedly charged for gas, would have been nice to know an estimate

Karen ZI only dropped off the keys after they closed, construction nearby and rain made it hard to get the pictures needed. The dropoff procedure was beautiful and went smoothly with the app despite this.
