I was supposed to have 12 blankets and a district manager for u haul came that day and took them all but 6 and the owner wasn't told. She double checked the day before and told me she had them. It wasn't her fault. I also tried to rent a u haul trailer in Martin, TN and couldn't get it done. I tried to get one from Union City, TN. They didn't have blankets. To much for me after a death in my family.

The pickup location for the keys was wrong. The keys for the trucks is not at Whitehorse Tire. The keys are at Four Corners which is right next door. I went inside Whitehouse Tire and explained that I was there to pick up the truck. The man in the office just shrugged his shoulders and said I had to wait for Beth to get there. I sat down and waited for about 30 minutes before I messaged an agent. The agent called district who called Beth and found out that I was waiting at the wrong location. The man in the office was just going to let me sit there and not tell me that Beth didn’t work in the Whitehouse Tire building. I feel like I should get a discount because of the experience I had with picking the truck up.
