Small garage in residential area. Constrained parking lot. No assistance from owner.
NOEL BThere wasn’t a dolly to be able to rent and the ramp wasn’t able to pull out for use for loading and unloading. It was my fault to not have checked before I purchased the rental. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very respectful but the guy at the shop wasnt a bad guy but showed little interest in my questions or presents. I say that because his attitude changed when talking to a guy his race. Nothing was racial by no means but felt his energy didn’t care for me.
Rashad BThe outgoing mileage was inaccurately recorded resulting in additional mileage (over 900!) resulting in an additional charge of $1,080. The manager at the receiving location is trying to help me solve this problem. This is outrageous!
