They done over charged me putting other peoples rental on my account and still haven’t corrected it

Jackie DEarly app did not work. Employee did not put key in lock box, after 2 calls to service was told I had to wait outside for employee. I had to wait outside in unfamiliar location for 1 hour. Told employee when they arrived and was told that's the way it is, no keys till they arrive. Windshield had small crack which grew as we traveled. Final cost was $74.92 dollars more than quoted.
