Arrived to pick up the U-Haul truck the day of moving and was told I had to drive to a different location to get the moving blankets and dolly I had rented.

Melanie TI arrived at 4:27 pm, and the office was closed. After spending 15-20 minutes taking pictures to leave the truck, the manager drove up. This is the only reason I would not refer this place for returnig a truck. Extending the hours to 5pm or 6pm would be great.
