This location was at a little gas station that was way out of town. It also was not the location that I had chosen and was switched without me wanting it to be. The pickup process took over 20 minutes because of technical difficulties. Unsure if the site just wasn’t working or the internet connection was bad and wouldn’t load since the location was in the middle of nowhere.

Teach them how to use your website . Service attendant had no idea how to use your system. She was very courteous, but we had to wait over an hour to pick up the vehicle even though I had reserved it 2 weeks before picking it up.
