My rental location was changed to a much less convenient location less than 24 hours before my rental. I returned to the same location after it was dark. Consequently, even though I filled the tank with gas, the picture of the fuel gauge led to me being changed a fuel surcharge. The attendant at the location when I picked up was helpful, but not the one when I dropped off. He basically just said do it yourself on the app, which contributed to the fuel surcharge. I'm very unhappy about all of this.

Keesha MThere is no signage directing the dropoff for trucks. I pulled the truck in beside some small UHaul trailers in a grassy area. I put my key in a drop box in the morning and my email paperwork said the truck was dropped off that afternoon.
