Long wait to be helped. Part of a convenient store. Lots of other business being done (lottery, etc) before we could be helped. No where to park the truck & trailer we were returning.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy rental location was changed to a much less convenient location less than 24 hours before my rental. I returned to the same location after it was dark. Consequently, even though I filled the tank with gas, the picture of the fuel gauge led to me being changed a fuel surcharge. The attendant at the location when I picked up was helpful, but not the one when I dropped off. He basically just said do it yourself on the app, which contributed to the fuel surcharge. I'm very unhappy about all of this.
