We had to figure out if the key available thru 24/7 was in the lock box on the side of the office OR on the truck itself. Other than that it was pretty easy even though there were no personnel present.

Charlotte LThe location and dealer wasn't the issue. The whole mobile pickup was ridiculous and more of a hassle than anything. The biggest issue is not being able to return to a different location. I really thought I was renting one way. Then I was told that I HAVE to return to the same location and I had to totally rearrange my schedule to drive back an hour to return it. I'm planning on renting another truck this weekend to finish my move, but I definitely won't be renting from uhaul this time. Would I recommend the location? Yes. But I will not recommend uhaul for anything
