When picked up the truck the fuel gauge read 3/4 not 7/8. I retuned the truck over 3/4 and got charged a fuel fee. I wasn’t very pleased by that. The rest of the experience was good.
AAron CCheck engine light was on, and the truck sounded like you were driving over a road of noisy Cicadas. The building is moving to virtual, which is really cool - but offers little help if you need assistance in the app. Overall, i get times are changing and we are moving to virtual. But the noise in the truck and the check engine light on had us a bit concerned throughout the trip. I feel it’s not too much to ask to do a transaction and get a truck that doesn’t make us worry.
