Impeccably clean, and well-maintained truck (I rented a 15-foot truck). Staff are professional, helpful, and courteous. Returned the truck after dark and the parking area is open and very well-lit so it felt safe taking the required pictures of the truck and placing the keys in the key drop. Absolutely, would rent here again.

Kendall EFirst time experiencing a virtual location. I spoke with two different virtual employees and they were extremely kind, welcoming and informative. I do wish U-HAUL would communicate this clearly as I would have dropped off the truck earlier but the website list hours are 8:30-4:00. Now I know and would recommend for ease of use. Parking lot was huge and that made it so easy to navigate.
