I moved from Greenwood,SC to Greenville,SC and they told me that I could use the truck for 2 days and that the 2nd day would be free. I turned the truck in that night of the 2nd day and the next day my card was charged ANOTHER $144. I called and spoke with someone and she said they had me down for only 65 miles. That’s a one way trip, but that wasn’t explained to me at the time of rental. Telling me I can use it a 2nd day to me means that I can go get my 2nd load and bring it back. I will NEVER use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them because $144 is not a small amount of money to me.

The only redeeming feature of my very disappointing experience with U-Haul was that the attendant at the drop-off location was very helpful. Not that there was much to do, but he was friendly and courteous.
KENT MMichael was an absolute pleasure to work with and I have already mentioned this location and Michael to friends that need any moving or storage needs. He is a true asset to the organization!
TODD HNot a thing. The gentleman at the Midgard Self Storage Greenville was top tier in customer service. Amazing experience!! A++++
Robert BI had never been to such an impersonal, sterile, de-humanized retail site as this. I'M 80 YEARS OLD and have been around the block quite a bit!. I was lost trying to figure out what to do, how and where to even start getting to the objective I was after--merely needing a simple appliance dolly. After fumbling around trying to download some sort of U-Haul app (which, as it turned out, I didn't need), I finally stumbled upon how to get the image of a live person on the huge screen. The first lady I got was extremely un-helpful, and I had to start over. Finally got a genial guy in Atlanta, GA, who was able to take care of my getting the dolly. A thoroughly depressing episode which left me wondering what in the HELL this world is coming to. (The dolly was in bad need of refurbishment, needing a new web belt and wheels. But it did do the job even in the wretched condition it was in.)
