Mileage was entered incorrectly and overcharged me.
FRANCISCO MHad to wait 1 and a half hours w costumer service to straighten out why the truck I had reserved wasn’t assigned to me they couldn’t figure it out so they had to call the general manager who had to get an employee to come. When the attendant did get there to manually rent me the truck he said he never saw the reservation. Once I get the truck it literally smelt like decaying flesh so horrible

ECHO CGreenville store gave us one truck very old windshield wipers did not work. Ac quit working halfway thru trip. At the end of the trip service engine light came on. Smell of oil made me nauseous. 2nd truck was great no issues. I turned turned both trucks into helotes uhaul. The staff their are awesome and knowledgeable. That was the best part for me. Answered all my questions. Easy to understand.
