I do not know if this is the fault of the location but the car transport trailer they rented out to me had a tire blowout after 20 minutes on the highway and then the replacement tire blew after a quarter mile on the highway. The tow truck company said it looks like the trailer itself was damaged to the extent that it was rubbing on the tires underload. We were supposed to tow a car up with us for our vacation, but because of both blowouts, we decided we did not want to risk additional issues so were not able to bring the car up with us for our trip which was disappointing I had to cancel some plans that we had including a paid car show That we can no longer enter the car into.
JORDAN BThe trucks are located a bit of a distance away. I pointed out they had calculated extra miles when they drove it there, for which I could have been charged. Hoping it was corrected.
Sarah KThe car’s tire pressure monitoring system was malfunctioning. Upon the pick up the store attendant explained that there is nothing to worry about, but if the issue is known, it should be repaired.
