The pick up is off site, which is a bit of an inconvenience and the interior of the van was not clean- there was dirt, crumbs and some sort of oily gunk in the cup holders. I needed to clean it before use. Otherwise the vehicle was in good condition and there were no mechanical problems. The staff was friendly and professional.

The cargo area was not swept clean and the cab area was dusty. That should have been checked before the vehicle was rented to us. The engine fan belt made a squeaky sound intermittently. The heater/AC fan only worked on fast speed. The fuel tank should’ve been full. It is much easier to return the vehicle full rather than trying to get the exact fuel amount we started with. Indeed, we left the truck with more fuel… Perhaps $15 or $20 more. We swept out the cargo area as we were supposed to.
