Both the pickup site and the drop off site were very efficient in the process. I would recommend them both to anyone who asks me. The equipment was both clean and functioned as expected.

This location was absolutely terrible. Returned at 7:30PM. Address in map takes you to a field. Instructions say to call a number when you arrive in Greenwich (I’m figuring because it is known that this is a problem) but there was no answer. Finally found the place (which is called Hanks something, not Free Change Auto). It is dark, no lights by the building at all. There are trucks and trailers and the businesses cars everywhere. If we would have had anything other than a trailer, we would not have been able to get in. We could not back the trailer in, due to there being no space to maneuver our vehicle into the singular space we could put a trailer. So, we unhooked and had to physically move the trailer (it’s not light and many people would not be able to do that, myself included had my husband not been with me). There is no designated U-Haul drop box for keys/contract. DO NOT choose this as a return location.
