Deborah BNot just "very good" service, it was "excellent" service. When I came in to rent the U-Haul Lorenzo was welcoming and customer service oriented. He was also very knowledgeable and professional, answered any questions that I had and wanted to make sure that I understood the rental agreement and the truck return procedure. When I returned I received the same top notch service from Adrian who checked my mileage and gasoline tank level and adjusted the rental charge downward to reflect around a $30 reduction because of fewer miles driven compared to what I originally thought. Two excellent employees who leave a positive impression on the customer for both Mac's Market and U-Haul.
