Update your scannner on the check in link. It would not scan the license and I was at the counter for a LONG time. It is ridiculous that I had to attempt scanning on 3 different phones and it still would not work. I would like to add that the process of taking pictures of the trailer is frustrating. The upload process is awfull… technology is supposed to make things easier.. This app does not.
