The trucks were covered in snow, and there were snow drifts covering the plates, etc, so it was difficult to get around for check-in, pictures , etc.

I have pictures of rental after drop off but it didn’t let me submit them again. I placed key in original box (box 3)
Tyler HDrop off location was excellent. People were kind and polite open 24 seven and easy drop off.
ROBBIE JNo interaction with personnel. We followed instructions to download the app and return the vehicle.
Lobsang SHad reservation all set and was supposed to check in with my phone. When i went to complete the check in the app made me call uhaul because it wouldn't let me do it. The rep said I had to go into the location and that they would complete the pick-up process. This was very tedious, and it took 20-25 minutes to complete. Uhaul rep on the phone should have completed this in my opinion.
