No cellular or WiFi connectivity. After about 30 min of trying we finally got the key box code. The key box is positioned perfectly for a 6’ tall person. I’m 5’3. I could not see the lock code. A helpful employee at the gas station helped, but the lock was stuck. It took 45 min to retrieve the truck. Will never use this location again.

THOMAS NDrop off procedure was painless.
Eric PI had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service. The website never populated my lockbox number and code to get the key. When I spoke to a rep, she had me go one by one and check each lockbox. This make the start of my move quite delayed, beyond being just frustrating. I will not return to this location and am hesistant to use the 24/7 service again.
