Had reservation all set and was supposed to check in with my phone. When i went to complete the check in the app made me call uhaul because it wouldn't let me do it. The rep said I had to go into the location and that they would complete the pick-up process. This was very tedious, and it took 20-25 minutes to complete. Uhaul rep on the phone should have completed this in my opinion.
Theodore GNo cellular or WiFi connectivity. After about 30 min of trying we finally got the key box code. The key box is positioned perfectly for a 6’ tall person. I’m 5’3. I could not see the lock code. A helpful employee at the gas station helped, but the lock was stuck. It took 45 min to retrieve the truck. Will never use this location again.
