The miles where changed i was told i owed $352 total i was told that it was $271 then he said no i was wrong you owe $351 total why would i pay two times with the same card i would not when all the money was there I couldn’t of went that many miles when the truck was sitting most the time and i put everything in storage less than ten miles away i was told the 1st charge didnt go through for the $271

Worst rental of my life.
Dalal ATha gas tank was only a 1/4 full. This created stress during the day, as we don’t have time with our move to put gas into the truck. I had to remove one stop, as I was unsure if we had enough gas. I think a tank of gas should not be that close to empty upon pick up.
Kelsey Sthe inside of the truck was pretty dusty/dirty but overall not bad. The gas tank and maybe this is normal was about 1/8 full so having to put gas in prior to getting location to move stuff wasn't ideal but the location place was easy and efficient and let me park my car there while I use the truck. Person was very nice that worked there as well.
Matt MDropoff was weird. I was asked to use the app, but I just wanted to go to the counter.
