How U-Haul Reviews WorkI take pride in taking good care of the equipment I rent, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of equipment I rented at this location. However, somehow after turning down insurance with my rental I was confused and seem to have agreed to pay for insurance coverage. I didn't intend to do so, and I strikes me as a poor way to do business, to trick customers into buying something they don't want or need. Note, I don't blame the store associate at the counter; I blame the eadership team that allowed the misleading purchase sequence. How many times must a customer reject insurance before you let us rent? Pretty low, ladies.
glenn kI wouldn't really change anything
Matthew ZIt was at a gas station and the guy was kind of rude.
mariellen aI rented a hand cart and the attendant at the gas station told me they never have a hand truck. The truck was filthy in the cab and there were still items from a previous move in the back of the truck.
