Good U-Haul location overall, helpful staff, yard person was very attentive, easy checkout and return. Driveway layout may be a little confusing for first-time customers.

Improvement: I think rain was unavoidable! The inside of the truck had a few inches of water but the UHaul rep swept it out. Price? The quoted price and # per mile appear to be lower cost than final cost. Taxes are huge in Central Coast. My trip 240 miles cost around 320 dollars. Worth it, my beautiful oak furniture survived the rain.
