Pick up went fast and easily and they were very helpful with any questions.
KAREN BEverything was great except for the fact that once I picked up the truck, I was told that it had to be back before noon the next day despite the fact that I had booked it for 3 days. It worked out fine with my schedule but it seems like there was a scheduling error on their end.
Braedan HOvercharged the CDW (i waived it in the initial booking) but i was charged in the final bills. Take the trouble to get refund.
Christopher PThe truck was very new and clean inside. The back really needed to be swept out but other than that we were really happy with it and the ease of driving. The app is really easy to use and made the process quick and easy!
