They force the CDW on you whenever you make a update on your reservation even if you said no initially.
Shreeharsh JWhen we went in, there was only one person covering both U-Haul and Canada Post. They also had incense burning in the store. I have allergies, my partner has asthma and is a cancer survivor, so having this substance smoking and polluting a public business is reprehensible. I also take exception to having to take a photo and upload my driver's licence. I will not rent U-Hauls in future knowing this is required. I do not trust corporations having my personal information kept and stored in this manner.
